Try-Dive Booking Form
To book a try dive please complete ALL the fields below.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and booking a Try-Dive for
your child please ensure you include your contact details. For
group bookings please contact us.
Please note that you must complete the required
self-assessment medical form which will be provided. All Try-Dives
will be carried out at a place and time determined by
landsharkdivers and at the sole descretion and agreement of
landsharkdivers.
